# Risk Management | Risk & Credit Rating Experts

Creditlink is building a **next-generation credit rating system** for the crypto and Real World Assets (RWA) market. We believe that credit will become the fundamental bridge between on-chain and off-chain economies.

We are looking for **experienced risk management and credit rating professionals from traditional rating agencies, banks, and financial institutions** to help us design and establish a robust RWA scoring standard.

**📌 Responsibilities:**

* Design and refine credit rating models and risk pricing frameworks for RWA;
* Combine traditional rating expertise with blockchain innovations to build multi-dimensional risk standards;
* Analyze on-chain & off-chain data to identify risk indicators for emerging asset classes;
* Support the implementation and adoption of Creditlink’s credit rating system in the market.

**✅ Requirements:**

* 5+ year of experience in leading rating agencies (e.g., Moody’s, S\&P, Fitch) or major financial institutions;
* Solid experience in credit rating, structured finance, or RWA-related risk management;
* Strong financial analysis and risk modeling skills;
* Interest or knowledge in blockchain, crypto assets, or fintech is a plus;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
