We analyze public blockchain data such as:

Note: All on-chain data is public by design and does not constitute “personal data” under most data protection laws.

1.2 Off-Chain & Optional Data

When applicable and with your consent, we may collect:

  • Email addresses (for API access or support)

  • KYC verification (if opting for regulatory-grade Credit NFTs)

  • ENS or DID identifiers

  • GitHub, Discord, or social handles (for Social Credit scoring)

2. Use of Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Generate and update credit scores

  • Issue Credit NFTs

  • Power APIs for partner protocols

  • Improve our scoring models via AI learning loops

  • Prevent Sybil and fraudulent behavior

We do not sell your data or monetize user behavior directly.

3. AI & Federated Learning

Creditlink uses federated machine learning models to allow protocols to contribute anonymized training data. All learning processes are privacy-preserving and comply with data minimization principles.

4. Cookies & Web Analytics

Our website may use:

  • Analytics tools (e.g., Plausible or Google Analytics) for usage insights

  • Session cookies to maintain login state (no tracking cookies unless consented)

We may share anonymized scoring results with integrated DApps, partners, or credit marketplaces, but never link your wallet address to real-world identity without your explicit consent or legal requirement.

We implement standard Web3 and Web2 security practices including:

  • Encrypted communications (HTTPS)

  • Smart contract audits

  • Role-based access to off-chain systems

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your off-chain data

  • View and export your credit report

  • Revoke consent to optional data sharing
